General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the use of the 3D modelling platform by BigCodersPlanet

1 Scope of application

1. the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the use of the „3D modelling platform“ (hereinafter „platform“) by users on behalf of BigCodersPlanet.

2. by using the platform, the user agrees to these GTC. 2 Terms of use

3. the platform enables users to publish and download 3D models.

4. the user undertakes to only upload content for which he/she holds the corresponding rights. 3 Rights and liability

5. the user grants BigCodersPlanet a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, modify and distribute the uploaded 3D models, in particular within the framework of the platform. 2 BigCodersPlanet assumes no liability for the legality of the uploaded content. The user is solely responsible for possible infringements. 4 Licence and Open Source

6. all uploaded content is published under the Creative Commons Licence 3.0 (CC BY 3.0).

7. users agree that their uploaded content will be made available under this licence. 5 Changes to the GTC

   1 BigCodersPlanet reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. Users will be informed of any changes in good time.

8. continued use of the platform after the GTC have been amended shall be deemed as acceptance of the amended conditions. 6 Final provisions

9. the law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. 2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these GTC is Germany

Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) für die Nutzung der 3D-Modellplattform durch BigCodersPlanet

1. Geltungsbereich

   1. Die folgenden Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) regeln die Nutzung der Plattform „3D-Modellplattform“ (nachfolgend „Plattform“) durch die Nutzer im Namen von BigCodersPlanet.
   2. Durch die Nutzung der Plattform erklärt sich der Nutzer mit diesen AGB einverstanden.

2. Nutzungsbedingungen

   1. Die Plattform ermöglicht es Nutzern, 3D-Modelle zu veröffentlichen und herunterzuladen.
   2. Der Nutzer verpflichtet sich, nur solche Inhalte hochzuladen, für die er die entsprechenden Rechte besitzt.

3. Rechte und Haftung

   1. Der Nutzer räumt BigCodersPlanet ein weltweites, nicht exklusives, gebührenfreies Recht ein, die hochgeladenen 3D-Modelle zu nutzen, zu verändern und zu verbreiten, insbesondere im Rahmen der Plattform.
   2. BigCodersPlanet übernimmt keine Haftung für die Rechtmäßigkeit der hochgeladenen Inhalte. Der Nutzer ist allein verantwortlich für mögliche Rechtsverletzungen.

4. Lizenz und Open Source

   1. Alle hochgeladenen Inhalte werden unter der Creative Commons Lizenz 3.0 (CC BY 3.0) veröffentlicht.
   2. Die Nutzer erklären sich damit einverstanden, dass ihre hochgeladenen Inhalte unter dieser Lizenz zugänglich gemacht werden.

5. Änderungen der AGB

   1. BigCodersPlanet behält sich das Recht vor, diese AGB jederzeit zu ändern. Die Nutzer werden über Änderungen rechtzeitig informiert.
   2. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung der Plattform nach Änderung der AGB gilt als Zustimmung zu den geänderten Bedingungen.

6. Schlussbestimmungen

   1. Es gilt das Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
   2. Gerichtsstand für alle Streitigkeiten aus oder im Zusammenhang mit diesen AGB ist Deutschland
